Returns / Warranty

If you wish to return your item for any reason please contact us either via phone on 02476 422328 or email sales@eflexcomputers.com and we will deal with your request.


What if I have a problem with my order?


If you have an issue with one of our products, please contact us describing the issue and we will first of all try and resolve the issue over the phone, if this is not possible, providing the issue arises within the first 30 days we can arrange to send a pre-paid label. If the issue is after the initial 30 day returns period but still within the warranty period then we would request that you send the product back to us, we would then replace/repair the product and return at our expense.


What if I want to cancel my order?


We will refund any productwithin the first 30 days of purchase providing the item is received in original condition, if you do require a refund we would simply request that you return the item at your cost and we will issue a full refund once the product is in our possession.

  • Any items returned to us via courier "refused", "addressee gone away" or cancelled orders will be subject to an administration fee as set out below.
  • Your warranty starts from the day you receive your item, all items must be returned to us within their warranty period, any items that are received after expiry of the warranty will be liable for either repair costs or return postage.
  • If you return a product after 30 Days but within its Warranty Period and it is found to have no fault then you will be liable for administration fees and also return postage back to you.
  • We will process any refund within 28 days of receiving the product back.
  • Any damages in postage MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the items, after such time you will not be eligible for a Refund or Replacement
  • Eflex Limited will act in a fair manner at all times when deciding if a product is faulty

Warranty

Eflex Computers offer a 12 monthreturn to base warranty unless otherwise specified within the productdescription. We will repair or replace any returned product within 30 days ofreceipt.

What is covered under warranty?

If your PC or laptop develops a hardware faultwithin the warranty period, then this can be returned and we will repair orreplace this for you.


What is not covered under warranty?


Batteries: If you receive a laptop and the battery doesnot hold at least one hours charge you must let us know within 7 days. Afterthis time the battery will not be covered under warranty

Software Issues: We do not coversoftware issues such as file corruption, malware issues. We do however installa recovery partition to help rectify any such problems

Accidental Damage: We will not cover any physical damage such asliquid being spilt on the product, screen damage or hinge damage from misuse oraccidental damage.

Upgraded Products: Any products thathave been upgraded would not be covered under our warranty.
